Free shipping to Jerusalem and Petach Tikva. all other places there is a surcharge of 30nis for door to door shipping.
Parcels are wrapped in the best way possible using bubble wrap and recyclable products to avoid damage.

There are no refunds for personalized orders. I will exchange products. If product arrived broken and you have taken a pic when it arrived to contest it, I will replace the product.
